The Richmond program welcomes clients ages 8 and older from Mechanicsville, Midlothian, and surrounding counties, providing three hours of daily exposure-based therapy in a supportive, professional environment. Ashley W. Summers is a seasoned behavioral health growth leader with more than 15 years of experience driving referral development, regional expansion, and strategic provider partnerships. She currently serves as a Regional Clinical Outreach Director, where she leads market strategy, strengthens clinical referral networks, and expands access to specialized OCD and anxiety treatment across multiple regions.
Throughout her career, Ashley has delivered double-digit growth in key markets, launched new service lines, built scalable outreach infrastructures, and led cross-functional initiatives that improve patient access and organizational visibility. Her background spans business development leadership, team building, market segmentation, and relationship-driven sales, as well as experience as a successful entrepreneur known for excellence in client experience.
Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Law & Society and is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, strong execution, and commitment to improving access to high-quality behavioral healthcare.
