Our North Bethesda, Maryland program is dedicated to providing specialized treatment for anxiety and OCD disorders through a structured, evidence-based approach. Located at 6100 Executive Blvd, Suite 580, North Bethesda, MD 20852, we offer three-hour sessions five days a week, providing clients with the consistent, focused support needed to achieve meaningful and lasting progress. Our experienced clinicians specialize exclusively in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and prioritize individualized care to help people ages 8 and older work toward recovery. Serving families throughout Montgomery County and surrounding communities, including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Garrett Park, Rockville, Potomac, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Glenmont, Takoma Park, Gaithersburg, North Potomac, Cabin John, and Olney, our 16-week intensive outpatient program achieves a 64% average symptom reduction, a 79% recovery rate, and 92% client and parent satisfaction. We treat obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder, with 95% of clients able to use insurance.

Ashley Summers is a dynamic leader with a distinctive background spanning entrepreneurship and behavioral healthcare. She began her career founding Ashley Nicole Events, a premier event planning company in Denver, Colorado, where she led the business for over a decade with creativity, precision, and a client-centered approach.
In 2020, Ashley transitioned into behavioral healthcare, joining HCA Healthcare – one of the largest healthcare organizations in the country – as Director of Business Development for the Behavioral Health Service Line. In this role, she helped expand access to care and drive strategic growth by building partnerships, developing service lines, and connecting individuals to the specialized treatment they need.
Ashley holds a degree in Law & Society from Frostburg State University and resides in Great Falls, Virginia. She is a proud wife and mother to two children, Storey and Philip, and is deeply passionate about increasing access to care and advocating for compassionate, individualized treatment within the behavioral health field.
