Our North Bethesda, Maryland program is dedicated to providing specialized treatment for anxiety and OCD disorders through a structured, evidence-based approach. Located at 6100 Executive Blvd, Suite 580, North Bethesda, MD 20852, we offer three-hour sessions five days a week, providing clients with the consistent, focused support needed to achieve meaningful and lasting progress. Our experienced clinicians specialize exclusively in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and prioritize individualized care to help people ages 8 and older work toward recovery. Serving families throughout Montgomery County and surrounding communities, including Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Kensington, Garrett Park, Rockville, Potomac, Silver Spring, Wheaton, Glenmont, Takoma Park, Gaithersburg, North Potomac, Cabin John, and Olney, our 16-week intensive outpatient program achieves a 64% average symptom reduction, a 79% recovery rate, and 92% client and parent satisfaction. We treat obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder, with 95% of clients able to use insurance.

Michelle Smith

Director of Clinical Outreach

Michelle Smith began her career at a psychiatric lockdown facility when she was only 18. Trained as a psychiatric nurse, she honed her expertise running residential programs, and transitioned into management about 15 years ago.

Married to an LA County firefighter, they are raising three wonderful children. She prioritizes God, music, and laughter as she balances her professional achievements with her commitment to family and personal growth.
