Serving communities from Henrico to Chesterfield, and from Short Pump to Petersburg, our program offers a structured alternative to traditional therapy that achieves an average 64% symptom reduction. The Richmond program welcomes clients ages 8 and older from Mechanicsville, Midlothian, and surrounding counties, providing three hours of daily exposure-based therapy in a supportive, professional environment. Jermane Moore
Clinical Outreach Specialist
Jermane Moore brings experience in healthcare outreach and operational leadership to the team. He previously served as a Clinical Outreach Manager in the Virtual Intensive Outpatient space, where he built community partnerships and helped connect individuals and families to meaningful mental health care.
He also has a strong background in franchise management, leading sales, operations, and production as a General Manager. Based in Richmond, Virginia, Jermane is passionate about serving the local community, expanding access to care, and contributing to the team’s strong culture and growth.
Outside of work, he is a proud husband and father of three, with a deep appreciation for the healthcare field influenced by his wife’s many years of nursing experience.
