Our San Diego, California program is committed to delivering effective treatment for OCD and anxiety disorders through a structured, evidence-based regimen. Located in the heart of Mission Valley at 5333 Mission Center Rd., Ste 115, San Diego, CA 92108, we provide three-hour sessions five days a week, giving clients the consistent support needed to foster meaningful, lasting change. Our skilled clinicians specialize exclusively in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and emphasize personalized care to help individuals ages 8 and older navigate their path to wellness. Serving families throughout San Diego County, including Chula Vista, La Jolla, El Cajon, La Mesa, National City, Poway, Santee, Coronado, Point Loma, Kearny Mesa, and Clairemont, our 16-week intensive outpatient program achieves a 64% average symptom reduction, a 79% recovery rate, and 92% client and parent satisfaction. We treat obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder, with 95% of clients able to use insurance.

Clinical Outreach Specialist
Aly Lischer, MS, LMFT, CEDS-S, is the Clinical Outreach Specialist at OCD and Anxiety Centers, where she combines her background as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with expertise in mental health business development to expand access to evidence-based care for OCD and anxiety. Based in San Diego, Aly partners closely with local providers, schools, and community organizations to build strong referral relationships and increase awareness of effective treatment options throughout the region. Outside of work, Aly stays busy with her three kids, who keep her laughing, moving, and grounded. She enjoys exploring San Diego’s outdoor spaces with her family and staying connected to the community she is passionate about serving.
