Our San Diego, California program is committed to delivering effective treatment for Anxiety, OCD, and Related Diagnoses through a structured, evidence-based regimen. Located in the heart of Mission Valley at 5333 Mission Center Rd., Ste 115, San Diego, CA 92108, we provide three-hour sessions five days a week, giving clients the consistent support needed to foster meaningful, lasting change. Our skilled clinicians specialize exclusively in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and emphasize personalized care to help individuals ages 8 and older navigate their path to wellness. Serving families throughout San Diego County, including Chula Vista, La Jolla, El Cajon, La Mesa, National City, Poway, Santee, Coronado, Point Loma, Kearny Mesa, and Clairemont, our 16-week intensive outpatient program achieves a 67% average symptom reduction, a 79% recovery rate, and 92% client and parent satisfaction. We treat obsessive-compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder, with 95% of clients able to use insurance.

Natali Skaya

Clinical Outreach Specialist Lead

Natali Skaya is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. She is the Clinical Outreach Lead for OCD Anxiety Centers.

Natali is originally from Ukraine and grew up in Arizona. She has lived in Los Angeles for the last 8 years, where she has planted roots in the treatment community. She received her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University where she specialized in addiction and recovery. She has 10 years of experience working in the healthcare field, with a focus on helping the wellbeing of those who are struggling with their mental health. She has a background working in residential rehabilitation centers, where she provided counseling, outreach, business development, and alumni services, and facilitated the continuation of care for clients. She has provided counseling in mental health programs, schools, clinics, and private practice. She is passionate about working with adolescents and adults who struggle with substance use, recovery, anxiety, their family environment, and coming-of-age difficulties.

Natali is passionate about outreach and ensuring clients have access to the resources they need. As Clinical Outreach Lead, Natali is dedicated to building strong connections and partnerships with treatment professionals, including clinicians and treatment centers. Her mission is to help individuals in need by identifying and providing access to essential mental health and addiction support resources within the community.

Natali enjoys spending time with her animals, practicing yoga, seeing live music, cooking, and outdoor activities.
