Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy, the gold standard for treating OCD and anxiety, our program helps clients achieve an average 64% symptom reduction and a 79% recovery rate. The virtual IOP delivers three hours of evidence-based treatment daily, Monday through Friday, over 16 weeks, serving individuals ages 8 and older. Michelle Smith began her career at a psychiatric lockdown facility when she was only 18. Trained as a psychiatric nurse, she honed her expertise running residential programs, and transitioned into management about 15 years ago.
Married to an LA County firefighter, they are raising three wonderful children. She prioritizes God, music, and laughter as she balances her professional achievements with her commitment to family and personal growth.
