I can quite literally say that the OCD and anxiety center has changed and saved my life. It was an internal battle getting to sign up, I spent months calling the center, debating whether to enroll, until I finally took the bull by the horns and committed. My world was so incredibly small, letting panic attacks, OCD, anxiety run and ruin my life. I lost sight of who I was as a person. I never would have guessed that this facility could help me reclaim my full life, but it did. Looking back to who I was before starting - I was a completely different person. If you're even considering enrolling here I believe you have already answered your own question. We all deserve to be at peace with our mind and body, and this facility makes that possible. I highly recommend working with the therapist John. He is incredibly talented in what he does, will push you to do hard things while being your number one supporter. (I am here for: Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD). I've been in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for ~19 weeks and I'm graduating today (2025). I've attended in-person at the Bountiful Location during the 5pm-8pm time-slot.)
In a nutshell, this facility and this program is effective. It worked for me, and I believe it will work for every person who is willing to 1) show up, 2) trust the process, and 3) challenge yourself to do some of the scariest, hardest things you've ever done once you've been here long enough that you feel like you can approach them.
When I came, I was having panic attacks and debilitating anxiety and depression. I'm graduating today from the IOP and have achieved 80% reduction in my Generalized Anxiety and Social Anxiety symptoms. I've also practiced (and practiced and practiced) going through my hard emotions and responding to them in ways that 1) help me cope with the current feelings, and 2) will teach my brain and my emotions to respond in a more helpful way in the future. I feel ready to move forward into the rest of my life. Truly life-changing, for me at least. And I'm not the only one.

OCD Anxiety Centers completely, 100% changed—and truly saved—my life. The staff is absolutely incredible: supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in your healing. Starting the program was scary, but they guided me every step of the way and gave me the tools and courage to face things I never thought I could.

This place is LIFE CHANGING! Yes you have to do hard things and show up! You have to put in the werk! You have to do homework! It sounds just about like the worst thing you could do, face your fears and challenge your mind on a daily basis but that is what helps create healthy and new pathways to conquer these feelings! Shout out to Kelly, all the BHTs and all of the lifelong friends I made along my journey after being diagnosed 17 year ago I FINALLY get to live life to its fullest and I am so grateful to God to have been lead here and healed here. This place is amazing! I have 2 kids go through this program and it has been life changing for each of them. I wish we would have found this program earlier in life.
