OCD Anxiety Centers: Cedar City, Utah
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Cedar City, Utah
OCD Anxiety Centers provides Cedar City residents with access to the nation’s leading evidence-based intensive outpatient program (IOP) for OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions. Through our virtual IOP platform, individuals aged 8 and older throughout southern Utah can now receive the same specialized treatment that produces an average 64% symptom reduction—the highest rate in the country. Our comprehensive program delivers 15 hours of structured treatment weekly, with three-hour sessions Monday through Friday that include individual therapy, group support, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and DBT skills training. While our physical Utah locations in Bountiful, Orem, and South Jordan serve northern Utah communities, our virtual program was designed specifically to reach residents in areas like Cedar City, where specialized anxiety and OCD treatment has historically required hours of travel. Cedar City families can participate in the same evidence-based treatment from the comfort of home, working with clinicians specially trained in anxiety disorders while maintaining their daily routines. With 95% of our clients successfully using insurance benefits, quality mental health care is now accessible throughout Iron County and beyond.

I was raised in both Ohio and Saratoga Springs, Utah. While my degree is in Data Science, most of my career has been spent building meaningful connections between people and organizations. OCD Anxiety Centers program had a life-changing impact on my family and me, now I find immense joy in helping others reclaim their lives too.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me mountain biking, snowboarding, or taking long walks with my wife, Rebekah, and our son, Henry.
