Utah’s Premier Intensive Outpatient Program: In-Person and Virtual IOP for OCD & Anxiety Treatment

OCD Anxiety Centers operates Utah’s premier evidence-based intensive outpatient program (IOP) for OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions, serving individuals aged 8 and older throughout the entire state. With physical locations in Bountiful, Orem, and South Jordan, and comprehensive virtual IOP coverage statewide, we ensure every Utah resident can access specialized treatment that achieves an average 64% symptom reduction. Our structured program delivers 15 hours of treatment weekly through three-hour daily sessions, Monday through Friday, combining individual therapy, group support, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and DBT skills training. Whether you’re in Salt Lake City, West Valley City, West Jordan, Provo, Sandy, Ogden, St. George, Layton, or Lehi, our evidence-based approach is accessible either in-person or through our virtual platform. This statewide accessibility means residents from Logan to Cedar City, Park City to Moab, no longer face geographic barriers to receiving specialized anxiety and OCD treatment. Our virtual IOP has become particularly vital for Utah’s rural and mountain communities, where winter weather and long distances previously made consistent treatment attendance challenging. With clinicians specifically trained in anxiety disorders and 95% of clients successfully using insurance benefits, quality mental health care is now truly available to all Utahns, regardless of zip code.
