Giuliana Zajac

Clinical Outreach Specialist

I’m part of the Outreach team at The OCD & Anxiety Center in Orem, where I’m passionate about building relationships within the community and helping individuals and families connect to quality mental health care.

I was born in Lima, Peru, and moved to Utah at the age of 12. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University. Moving to Utah sparked my love for the outdoors — I enjoy hiking, paddle boarding, swimming, and playing volleyball (though I’ll admit, camping isn’t for me!).

My mental health career began in residential treatment, where I worked as a Behavioral Health Technician. That experience gave me a deep understanding of the importance of accessible mental health services. After transitioning into the admissions department and collaborating closely with providers, I was eventually offered the opportunity to join the Business Development team — a role that has become my favorite so far. I truly enjoy connecting with the community and helping people find the care they need.

Jeremy Farnsworth

Clinical Outreach Specialist

Raised in Richfield, Utah, Jeremy grew up racing competitive motocross, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and determination that continue to shape both his personal and professional life. Before joining the OCD Anxiety Centers, he built a successful career in relationship-driven sales, contributing to a team that set company sales records through a people-first approach.

Jeremy is now a Clinical Outreach Specialist dedicated to connecting individuals and professionals with evidence-based treatment for Anxiety, OCD, and related disorders. Jeremy works closely with clinicians and community partners to expand access to life-changing care. He is committed to building meaningful connections and helping people find hope through effective, compassionate treatment.

Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys lifelong learning, strength training, exploring Utah’s mountains on his dirt bike, and wake surfing during the summer months.
