Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
Logan, Utah

OCD Anxiety Centers extends specialized mental health care to Logan and Cache Valley through our comprehensive virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP). As northern Utah’s solution for evidence-based treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions, our virtual platform ensures residents aged 8 and older can access the same remarkable outcomes achieving 64% average symptom reduction—the highest success rate in the country. Logan families benefit from 15 hours of structured weekly treatment delivered through three-hour daily sessions, including individual therapy, group support, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and DBT skills training. While our physical locations in Bountiful, Orem, and South Jordan serve the Wasatch Front region, virtual IOP was specifically designed to reach communities like Logan where specialized anxiety and OCD treatment options have been limited. Whether facing winter weather challenges, managing Utah State University schedules, or balancing agricultural work demands, Cache Valley residents can now participate in proven treatment from home. With 95% of our clients successfully using insurance benefits, exceptional mental health care is finally accessible throughout northern Utah.

Joshua Gubler

Clinical Outreach Specialist

I was raised in both Ohio and Saratoga Springs, Utah. While my degree is in Data Science, most of my career has been spent building meaningful connections between people and organizations. OCD Anxiety Centers program had a life-changing impact on my family and me, now I find immense joy in helping others reclaim their lives too.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me mountain biking, snowboarding, or taking long walks with my wife, Rebekah, and our son, Henry.
