OCD Anxiety Centers: St. George, Utah
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
St. George, Utah
OCD Anxiety Centers brings specialized mental health care directly to St. George and Washington County through our innovative virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP). As the region’s gateway to evidence-based treatment for OCD, anxiety disorders, and related conditions, our virtual platform connects residents aged 8 and older with the same proven program achieving a remarkable 64% average symptom reduction—the highest success rate nationally. St. George families receive 15 hours of comprehensive weekly treatment through structured three-hour daily sessions, featuring individual therapy, peer support groups, Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and DBT skills development. While physical OCD Anxiety Centers locations in Bountiful, Orem, and South Jordan serve Utah’s Wasatch Front, our virtual IOP eliminates the traditional barriers facing southwestern Utah residents who previously faced long drives to Salt Lake City or Las Vegas for specialized care. Now, from St. George to Ivins, Hurricane to Washington, residents can access expert clinicians trained specifically in anxiety and OCD treatment while staying connected to their desert community. With 95% of clients able to use insurance benefits, exceptional mental health care has finally become accessible throughout Utah’s Dixie region.
