OCD Anxiety Centers: West Valley City, Utah
Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) in
West Valley City, Utah
West Valley City residents now have access to specialized anxiety and OCD treatment through our virtual intensive outpatient program, eliminating the need to travel while receiving expert care. Our program connects clients with the same clinical team and evidence-based methods used at our physical Utah locations in Bountiful, Orem, and South Jordan. We treat obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and body dysmorphic disorder through Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the most effective therapeutic approach for these conditions. The 16-week program meets Monday through Friday, with adult sessions from 12 pm to 3 pm and adolescent sessions from 3 pm to 6 pm. With an 8:1 client-to-staff ratio, each participant receives individualized support within a collaborative group setting. Research confirms our virtual program produces identical outcomes to in-person treatment, with clients achieving a 64% average symptom reduction and 79% recovery rate. The virtual format allows West Valley City families to access intensive care while practicing new skills in their everyday environment, and 95% of clients are able to use their insurance coverage.

I was raised in both Ohio and Saratoga Springs, Utah. While my degree is in Data Science, most of my career has been spent building meaningful connections between people and organizations. OCD Anxiety Centers program had a life-changing impact on my family and me, now I find immense joy in helping others reclaim their lives too.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me mountain biking, snowboarding, or taking long walks with my wife, Rebekah, and our son, Henry.
